Renaud Van Ruymbeke a été désigné juge d’instruction dans le cadre d’une plainte avec partie civile contre X déposée en décembre 2011 par cinq anciens photographes de l’agence Sygma contre la société Corbis appartenant à Bill Gates.

Il y a presque un an, en juillet 2011, A l’oeil.info et La lettre de la Photographie (ndlr: ancètre de L’Oeil de la photographie) publiait en exclusivité l’annonce du dépôt d’une plainte simple par cinq anciens photographes de l’agence Sygma, pour délit d’organisation frauduleuse d’insolvabilité, abus de bien social et abus de confiance visant la société Corbis, propriété de Bill Gates.

Almost one year ago, La Lettre broke the news of a complaint filed by five former photographers from the Sygma photo agency, accusing the agency of organizing a fraudulent bankruptcy, misuse of public funds, and a breach of trust with the company Corbus, which is owned by Bill Gates.
